What is DRSProperties rent guarantee?
At DRSProperties our rent guarantee is a lease agreement from 1 to 5 years. We will assess your property and agree a fixed monthly rent which will be paid from the moment we acquire the property, and paid every month even if it’s vacant. We can take the property immediately after the inspection regardless of the property needing works or refurbishment and will take full responsibility of all utility bills and Council Tax. We’ll work tirelessly to maintain and repair the property during the term of the contract so you can sleep easy knowing your property has a DRSProperties guarantee.
